Terms of Sales
These general conditions set the conditions under which we offer you the sale of products. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
1 Field of application and merchant identification:

A consumer is understood as any natural person acting as such, for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his professional, craft, liberal or commercial activity.
The products for sale on the online store are only offered to customers over the age of 18.
2 Conclusion of contract:
The products are presented on the online store to allow you to place an order.
After placing your order, you must confirm it as indicated below: after having selected the products, you must check and possibly correct the order (in particular the nature and quantity of the products selected, the price, the delivery costs and the applicable general conditions), before validating it. This contractual information will be confirmed to you at the latest when you confirm your order.
By confirming your order, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these T&Cs, and you validate your obligation to pay the price of your order.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order after you have confirmed it, by sending you a confirmation email which will include a summary of your order. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to accept your order by sending you a separate email.
3 Price:
The prices displayed on our product pages include VAT if applicable, and any other price element, including delivery costs.
4 Terms of delivery:
Delivery is guaranteed worldwide.
Unless otherwise agreed, the products are delivered from our warehouses to the address you have indicated.
If we do not have all the products you have ordered in stock, we reserve the right, within reason, to make a partial delivery. The delivery or withdrawal periods will only begin to run from the total delivery of the products.
Unless otherwise stipulated in the product description, delivery times are between 3 and 5 days for metropolitan France, and 5 to 15 days internationally depending on the country of destination and from the conclusion of the contract. However, if a shipment is delayed by customs processing times, and generally beyond our control, we cannot meet the promised deadlines and we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen additional delays in the usual delivery process.
We reserve the right to terminate the contract in the event of unavailability of the product you ordered, without any fault attributable to us. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible and, if necessary, we will offer you the delivery of an equivalent product. If no equivalent product is available, or if you do not want an equivalent product to be delivered to you, we will refund all payments you have already made as soon as possible.
5 Terms of payment:
Payment by paypal or credit card.
Your account will be debited at the time of the order and in a secure manner at the time of payment and post payment by paypal.
6 Retention of title:
The products remain our exclusive property until full payment of the price. As long as the transfer of ownership has not taken place, the products cannot be the subject of a promise of sale, nor can they be sold, given as a guarantee or modified without our authorisation.
7 Right of withdrawal:
You have a right of withdrawal that you can exercise within 30 days without having to give any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the date on which you, or a third party you have mandated without this being the carrier, take possession of the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify it to our address: carematinfo@gmail.com or via the communication interface of the sales site on which you placed the order.
In order to respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the period provided for.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery method that we offer), within a reasonable time and at the latest 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. Unless otherwise agreed, We will make this refund using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction. In any case, you will not have to pay any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have provided proof that you have returned the products, whichever comes first will trigger the reimbursement.
In order for us to organize the return of the products, please contact us. The products must be dispatched as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the products are dispatched before the 14-day period. You must bear the cost of returning the products. You will only be required to compensate for the depreciation of the products if this results from manipulations on your part other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the said products.
Miscellaneous provisions concerning the right of withdrawal:
Take care not to damage or soil the products. If possible, return the products to us in the original packaging with all the accessories and all the packaging elements. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please be sure to pack the products properly to provide sufficient protection against damage in transit to avoid any claims for compensation from us in the event of damage resulting from defective packaging.
8 Damage during transport:
If the goods delivered contain damage clearly attributable to transport, please immediately file a complaint with the delivery person and contact us as soon as possible at our address: carematinfo@gmail.com
The fact of not making a complaint or not contacting us as indicated above will not affect your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, but it will allow us to assert our own claims against against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
9 Modification of the T&Cs:
We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Your orders will be subject to the T&Cs in effect at the time the order is placed. We will expressly inform you of the applicable T&Cs as part of the ordering process.
Changes and additions to these T&Cs may be made if made necessary by changes to the legal or functional framework of our online store, such as technical changes or changes to the login process or customer account management.
If you do not object to any changes or additions to the T&Cs in accordance within 14 days of notice of such changes and additions, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes and additions. We will expressly draw your attention to this point in our notification.
10 Miscellaneous provisions:
If one of the provisions of these T&Cs is declared null or inapplicable, the other provisions of these T&Cs will still be valid. The applicable legal provisions will apply instead of any provision herein declared null or inapplicable.
